Spacious room and convenient location
I recently spent a weekend at a hotel in Saitama and was pleasantly surprised with my stay. The room was spacious and well-lit with a great view of the city. Being centrally located, it was easy to get around and explore the nearby attractions. the hotel offered a 24-hour shop with hot and cold food and drinks, which was convenient for late-night snacks.
I did notice a few downsides during my stay. The hotel lacked some basic amenities and services that I had come to expect from other hotels, such as a swimming pool and a gym.

The room was spacious and had a great view of the city. The location was convenient and easy to find. The 24-hour shop had a good variety of food and drink options, which was a lifesaver on Christmas day.
The pool was not available during my stay, without prior warning. The Japanese bath was a disappointment, it was small and neglected. The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly, making communication difficult. The hotel room and interior was dated and in need of an update.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to public transportation and a big shopping mall. the room is decent, sized and well, maintained, with a comfortable bed and a good view of the city. the hotel has a 24, hour shop that serves food and drinks.
The staff could be more welcoming to non, Japanese speakers and the bathroom needs improvements.
